Well no, you should not have access, I was denied access on an F ticket on the same routing.
Specifically I was denied access to the F lounge, which I still think was wrong, however, Premium Customer Care care told me that I would not have access to the arrival lounge at ZRH either, as GVA-ZRH is not a long haul flight, go figure.
Please do not be discouraged by this and do try and please report back to us! Also, I wouldn't trust anything the chat or call center customer support says, the lounge dragon has the final word after all. From what I could tell, customer care just gets its info from the website. (When I inquired about my denied access to the F lounge I was given an answer about access to the arrival lounge instead... ). Maybe keep their FB answer handy and hope for some leniency by the lounge dragons.
