Hi I have a weird situation. I booked a ticket with Qatar airways but I found a cheaper ticket if I break the trip in two so I cancelled my QR ticket and got a voucher from them. Note that the original ticket with QR is paid by C1. Then I booked the cheaper ticket (different flights) with my voucher without thinking much and added a ticket with BA on avios where the taxes are paid by C1. My QR flight got delayed and resulted in misconnection. So now I have to buy a new ticket to replace the BA avios ticket. Is this under the coverage? I feel like the insurance would say the first ticket is not purchased by C1 but it is indirectly...
