The plane is always full of business pax from all over the world. You must've been very lucky with cheap tickets. Unless 400-600e is cheap for you

No hate, just observation.
TK will be an interesting addition. Maybe I will accommodate it for some miles run if I ever need it.
The lounge in A might not be suitable for TK. Don't know, last time I've been in A when B was a mess.

People who fly LH to KTW do so because they can afford to and need to. It explains the business pax and those prepared to pay 400-600 EUR like yourself for the convenience of KTW. That's why its a CityLine route. The same goes for RZE, POZ and then all the provincial cities too. You can't sell a load of K and L fares and make money on CL fleet. LH are also careful to not undercut themselves to encourage pax from KRK to go there and that will be why KL/AF don't fly to KTW too. Same goes for FR/W6, there's not too much crossover. I remember when MXP was KTW and BGY was KRK.
KRK is the most connected airport in that part of PL. KTW gets a pretty lacklustre service from LO and they're quick to cancel it or delay it. It's very much (was) a DH8 route.
Hence, to get KRK pax to go to KTW, you need to be competitive on price. KTW is a charter airport used by Coral, Rainbow etc as its cheaper than KRK and price sensitive, and one-time travellers are OK driving to KTW to then have a direct flight to PUJ. KTW has plenty of slots.
XW is 37 PLN from KTW and 53 PLN from KRK. About 40% more to fly from KRK per pax. KRK is a more valuable airport with next to no charter. If TK would want to get into any market as a full service legacy with a chance to make decent money it would be KRK.
