Well if it is true what Swiss wrote me on their FB chat, that can access with a BOG BCN ZRH J ticket (ticketed by swiss but where BOG BCN is operated by AV) you should have no problem on your USA GVA ZRH (where i assume USA GVA is on LX too). I'll try in practice next Sunday and let you know.
Actually it's quite confusing as in the access rules on the LX webpages it states "swiss and lufthansa business class" and only in the general lounge description long haul flights is mentioned. Let's see..
Concerning other lounges in ZRH, in the shengen area i would definitely advise the Alpine lounge (for food and design) but you need to have A*G. Otherwise the business lounge in concourse A
The whole itinerary USA-GVA-ZRH-BBB is on LX J. Alpine lounge is not accessible if only flying J on LX? This is what the website states, "
Lufthansa Group Business class, Star Alliance Gold Members", which would make it seem like it should be accessible without *G status.
