I imagine part of what’s frustrating is that AA was capable of offering a pretty good dining experience in FFD (pre- or post-COVID, recognizing they and everyone else stepped down post). It’s still Sodexo running it (right?) so why is it operationally such a mess? Just because it moved 100 feet away or whatever? Or did the fact that it needs to serve more pax now than FFD (all the BA people) somehow push things over a tipping point? I don’t really get it…

I booked an F trip to Conti Europe a few months ago for the spring, and one key reason on the eastbound to do F over J was to check out FFD (or whatever it’s replacement would be, which wasn’t really known at the time). Hoping things improve over the next few months!
