To add to this, how long does it take for Virgin Atlantic to process cancellations? I submitted a request on December 23 and received a confirmation email that it'll be processed in a "normal timeframe," but so far the ticket hasn't been cancelled and no points have been reinstated, nor any communication from them for additional information/credit card info/etc. Should I just keep waiting, or should I call in? The flight is for 1/13, and I've tried chatting in but I keep getting all agents are busy.
