I was working ~10 PM to 8 AM and sleeping during the day on a business trip some time ago, and was frequently awakened by housekeeping despite DND sign and locked door. The only thing that seemed effective was to call or notifly the desk each day that I would be day sleeping and did not require any housekeeping.
