I happen to know of another person with under $25K in spend who was reinvited to GS for 2023. So it feels like they are partially extending people who are existing members at least one more year who had limited activity.
Since they've been heavily curtailing GS benefits, I did get to wondering late last year if they might extend low spend. With the rationale that it doesn't cost them that much under a less generous program, but then it potentially does keep a customer more sticky, it could make sense.
