Hi! I’ve never flown with QR (or any middle-eastern carrier for that matter).

I would like to organize a South Africa trip for late 2023, booking in the next couple of months to get good deals in J. On the QR app I see that some fares can be canceled for a voucher with 10% extra value. How does the voucher work? Is it easy to get and can I use the voucher online? How long are the vouchers valid for?

I am not wholly sure of my travel dates, so I was thinking of booking with this cancellation protection in case I want/need to reschedule.
