The last three week there have been a message "We're fixing a technical issue. Coupons and rewards applicable to your order may not appear right now."
This coupon appears three or four times a month "Get 32% off your purchase! More details32% off Last day Exp 01/04/2023." Three weeks ago the agent was able to manually apply the 32% discount. Two weeks ago the agent said place the order and we will refund you the 32%. I am still wating for the refund. This week the agent was able to add the 32% coupon and the the 29% Veterans Advantage Discount was removed. I was transferred to another agent in Extra Care who never heard of Veterans Advantage. I had to leave home for a scheduled appointment after being on the phone for about forty minutes. I will have to wait until next week to see if the website is fixed.
