I have a visually impaired colleague who will arrive at YYZ TB an hour before me @ 0500. They don’t have Global Entry so they might just end up clearing the checkpoint around the time I will. I want to guest them into the MLL but I don't want them to get lost on their way there if they clear CBP before me and have to wait.
What kind of verbal, descriptive wayfinding can I give to direct them to the TB MLL? i haven’t been there in years so the only thing I remember is:
- A u-turn some point after USCBP lol
- Look up at the signs and you'll see where to find the MLL - oh wait, they can't do that due to impairment
