A bacon roll made the night before when I left home at 5am, another to eat in the car during the drive to the airport, breakfast in the lounge, another on the flight (EDI-LHR). Then on arrival at my meeting in London, the kind people told me they had made me a breakfast since they knew I'd had an early start.
