Capital One's Venture X for example has the same multiplier for bookings made through the travel portal (10x) and has 2x points on all spendings. It no longer covers the restaurant access at PP lounges though but that is the only drawback. It also has cheaper annual fees compared with CSR and also a 10K annual bonus. I think it's a good idea to keep CSP so that you can continue to transfer UR to Hyatt and UA, and open another high-end travel card such as Venture X or Ritz-Carlton if you want.
