Kind of... and most other properties do it without asking. Here the valet and front desk are the only ones that recognize it.

No different that an airline treating first class passengers differently, or really any business giving preferential treatment to their best customers.


We do actually have a VIP concierge, but I have to say their abilities, effort and performance compared to other resorts is honestly terrible.
