Send a polite email to [email protected] explaining that your Dec. 28-31 trip would have given you 60 nights, but it was extended by a day due to weather and all four nights were credited to 2023, which is causing you to miss Globalist by 3 nights. You might have to escalate a time or two or mail a letter to the CEO.
