AS1067 AUS-LAX B739 Q class NOT UPGRADED
Booked AUS-SFO-LAX, after schedule change, I switched to AUS-SEA-LAX, AUS-SEA F sold out a couple days before departure, I was #1 of 21 on UG list, and SEA-LAX upgraded at T-120. I came from ET BKK-ADD-LFW-IAD then UA IAD-AUS, UA landed early which gave me 90min to catch the AUS-LAX direct, and after 50hrs of traveling the only thing I wanted was getting home ASAP. So I called AS right after UA landed, and got the last seat. I was the only one on UG list, 15 checked in, so I thought it would be a no-show, I asked gate agent and they gave me the UG.

As I was waiting in line to board, that pax showed up, so I got downgraded lol. Gate agent offered me an aisle seat in the back of the bus with empty middle and I'm glad I reached home 7hrs earlier.
