Most major airports are certified to CAT IIIb. CAT IIIb allows operations down to 300' visibility, if all of the equipment is installed. Most airports, however, are missing the below 600' taxi lighting systems, which limits operations to 600' of visibility (SFO, ORD, LAX, for example). There are a handful of airports with the full systems, including SEA, DEN and ATL.
