I don't recall MD11 on the shorter European flights, mostly because their presence at KLM overlapped with the B767 which often did the early LHR and CDG rotations.

I've also done the AMS-OPO-LIS hop as well as CAI, NBO and the Caribbean destinations on the MD11.

I doubt the MD11 did CPT and JNB, those were B747 destinations (also because of cargo).
