Given Regent's current pipeline which I've clobbered into this list:
  • EUROPE
    • Cannes (2023)
  • MIDDLE EAST & AFRICA
    • Riyadh (2023)
  • ASIA
    • Bali (2023)
    • Hong Kong (2023)
    • Jakarta (2023)
    • Shanghai on The Bund (2023)
    • Chengdu (2024)
    • Kyoto (2024)
    • Kuala Lumpur (2025)
    • Sanya (2026)
    • Shenzhen (2028)
I know for certain that Hong Kong and Bali will offer lounges, and I expect Kuala Lumpur and Shenzhen to as well - along with Chengdu and Sanya given the Chinese market's affinity to/for club lounges. Riyadh might as it was initially developed as an InterContinental and might have had provisions for a Club InterContinental, Jakarta is an all-suites property so probably not, Shanghai on The Bund will be around 130 rooms so might be too small for one, and I don't expect the 80-odd room Kyoto property to have one.
