What an interesting reveal!
Silly me,
Sometimes i am so guilable like Liza Minelli at studio 54 with a bag of talcum powder....

Actually my way of composing the list was:
- is a club room possible to book
- is there any mention of upsell/surcharge of club access
- does it list the open times of the lounge in the app

As for IC Ljub, i spotted this all in the app/site with most important:


Reads as very clear information that one may think is true and the lounge is open

As.........

If you read IC Presidente Guadalajara about its club lounge:


You think, good show of IHG to inform us the lounge is closed!

There are some hotels that mention breakfast is served in the main restaurant on certain days of the week but all of them still mention having their "happy -cocktail- hour" in the designated club lounge space
