I had not. I checked but nothing yet. After looking into it more, it looks like Hilton has replaced the old emails offering paid upgrades with the paid upgrades offered via the app during mobile check in (at least I think that is how it works now based on what I read). I'll wait until mobile check in is available and see what is there.
