I stayed here for the first time in a 3 years when it was still a Hilton, during the week before Christmas. A drinks voucher was given which appeared to be open to whatever drink you wanted - some guys staying there on business had a load of them, but I only got one. My room was warm and comfortable with an electric oil heater in the room to boost the heat, maybe as I was at the far end of the hotel.

Breakfast was busy, but the staff were on top of service and keeping everything resupplied. I think the breakfast was actually better than when I visited a few time back 3 years ago back when it was a Hilton.
