I ask this because I stayed at IC LJU in June. When I booked a Club room (literally 3 days prior to the stay) it listed Club access etc in the room details and reservation confirmation. When checking in they said that the CL was closed and had been closed since the pandemic, and due to staffing issues hadn't been reopened. I showed them my reservation on the app which clearly stated access to the Club Lounge, but they just shrugged it off and offered me some F&B voucher as comp.

It means I no longer rely on what the app says or even what's listed on my reservation details prior to check in. This initial list is a good sanity check to root out the places where lounges are definitely still closed but what will be most valuable are on-the-spot reports to keep it accurately updated.

In any case, after the LJU experience I'd still phone the property before making a final decision on booking.
