Yes, but might only on the phone Bonvoy ap, not the laptop ap (they are different, even rates!)
I did get my 21 nts back in December, & quickly did a screenshot, 20 was gone. Interesting my credit card nts for 23 already posted.

Also amazing how Hyatt IT gets it ALL correct. nts, awards, even the 2024 leap year of Feb 29th!
