This is my recollection as well.
In the meantime, there is an EveryMile overseas spending promotion. $2 = 1 mile up to $15k of spending from now until end of June. I can’t get the link to copy properly from the Reward+ app but it’s on there.
I do wonder if we’ll get the usual quarterly overseas spending promo this year or whether the EveryMile one is a replacement.
