I am in HNL next week visiting the mater and the pater for Christmas in Hawaii-Kai (my local friends have always called Hawaii-Kai the Ventura County of Oahu - I never go that one!). This is a quick trip, but I am sure I will have a need to get away from the parents for a night or two out on the town. Other than Hula's, where do people go? In terms of beaches, I know all about Queens Surf, but what about that nude beach beneath the Diamond Head cliffs? That was a cool spot some time ago but things change.
