Ah, so this interesting one has reappeared. It was previously only for Jan to Mar this year, but it was the small airport endpoint which made it interesting to me. We have previously positioned (via plane or car or would prefer to) to small airports on holiday runs in the western US, so starting in the likes of Grand Junction, or Flagstaff or airports not usually on a direct route like Salt lake City, or maybe Albuquerque. The trouble is locating ones which might be served by AA or Alaska and thus making it an option.
