This may be old news, but a data point nonetheless:
NRT’s lounge in Satellite 2 (the one without an adjoining Suite Lounge) is an absolute zoo ~4 pm. No Priority Pass/Lounge Key allowed due to crowding, and staff had to ask customers to remove bags from seats. The attendant mentioned that the main biz lounge would be at least as bad if not worse. I haven’t departed from NRT since the pandemic, but this crowding strikes me as a perfect storm resulting from Japan reopening last October and UA closing their club. Keep in mind if you’re departing from / transiting through NRT…
