I stayed here in June as a Globalist and it was terrific. Got upgraded to the Palm Suite on check in, and it was a very nice room. My son got hurt also at the pool and they went above and beyond to help and even gave us a cabana the last day we were there. Breakfast was terrific at the restaurant and just in general everyone was incredibly hospitable. Also some good restaurants up the block as well. Highly recommend this property.
