Frankly T2 is in shambles at the moment, there are very few shops open air-side atm. Both lounges in T2 are un-renovated with the Krisflyer Gold lounge a complete embarassment to the SQ lounge set. If you want a premium lounge experience, it is actually worth your time to hop onto the Skytrain to the far superior SilverKris lounge in T3.
