I think the OP is looking for partner award availability that AS releases to BA (or others). In which case the lowest mileage level would need to be available for booking on AS for partners to be able to redeem.

Hawaii flights are notoriously difficult to redeem across all airlines so it would be best to book a revenue ticket if an award isn’t available.
