Not that you're missing much; DL has put very little effort in their premium lounges. Time for them ( and other NA airlines their game). I just flew a Qatar Airlines flight from Qatar to Dubai in first class. The lounge I had acces to was far superior than any lounge in North America.
You are comparing a DL lounge to Qatar? Two entirely different products. That said, I find DL lounges to be among the best in their class (when compared to other North American carriers).
