then Hilton Tokyo to Tokyo bay depends on how much luggage you have.
could take a few trains, there is a cross town express so you only have to change once, IIRC, if you get the times right.
otherwise send luggage ahead with takyubin and then train it.
or just grab a single taxi and be done with it.
