Delta has BY FAR the best lounges of the US carriers, excluding the limited number of long-haul premium class lounges (Flagship Lounges for AA, Polaris for UA). SkyClubs >> Admirals Clubs/United Clubs, in terms of amenities. It's part of the reason they're so crowded. I'm sure when DL rolls out its DeltaOne lounges, they'll be better than FL/Polaris...
The only DL lounge l've used is the one in MSP. The best thing about it is the amazing staff, which is par for the course. Overcrowded, no showers. Perfect for someone flying domestic and paying for access.

With their new lounges this would be perfect opportunity for DL to step up and build world class premium lounges, like the lounges AC or the Gulf cariers offer their premium passengers.
