Having similiar issue... when trying to book award, the site is forcing me to "break up my journey" with stopovers (do not want to)... website won't allow me to not select a stopover. I was able to price out the award availability in late december without issue but the last few days the stopover glitch has been coming up regardless of what browser I use. Anyone finding workarounds to this issue?

And If i book over the phone, am I going to get hit with the phone fee or is that negotiable given the glitches?
