Thank you for your reply. My issue is that it’s still apparently “under review” 2 months later and I was promised phone calls to discuss back in November, but never received any. Something to do with “the central risk team adjusting the application process”. But I appreciate the holidays were in between. As you say it will be BAU from this week, so hopefully it will be resolved soon.

in terms of profile - nothing significant. Approx. £200-250k pa, the majority on travel. I have been a platinum member for 10 years.
