I received my invite last spring, and the card was with me within ten working days. With xmas holidays, Royal Mail strike action etc it’s likely a simple delay. Hopefully with most people back to work tomorrow it will be sorted speedily.
PS if you could share your data points in the UK Centurion thread that would be very helpful, we’ve not seen many 2022 invites so your spending profile would be helpful for others.
Thank you for your reply. My issue is that it’s still apparently “under review” 2 months later and I was promised phone calls to discuss back in November, but never received any. Something to do with “the central risk team adjusting the application process”. But I appreciate the holidays were in between. As you say it will be BAU from this week, so hopefully it will be resolved soon.
in terms of profile - nothing significant. Approx. £200-250k pa, the majority on travel. I have been a platinum member for 10 years.
