Why not just head to T3? It’s a quick train ride/walk. I’d go to the T3 KrisFlyer Gold lounge. I was there a few weeks ago and it’s pretty nice now and has showers. According to the changi airport website, the only open baggage storage facility is in T3(again, my info is a few weeks old so maybe the T1/2 ones have opened) so you’d have to go to T3 anyway to store/pick up your bags
