I had this on LHR-IST last month, intentionally ordering the light option as I'd assembled myself a Full British in the lounge beforehand.
Being a longer band, it also included a fruit pot. It also looks like I got an extra slice of salmon in lieu of the lemon wedge. The use of the singular "caper berry" on the menu was accurate.
