It does also say
Access is not allowed for customers with discounted industry, airline or staff travel tickets, unless specifically stated
(which certainly does NOT include eupgrades, don't worry). But I wonder how they know if the ticket is such a ticket. Is there a standard notation on the ticket that shows this?
