We were in New York and schedule to fly Delta home on Christmas Eve and they cancelled our flight and botched the rebooking. I had one ticket booked for myself on the non-stop Southwest flight on Christmas Day at one point, but ultimately ended up cancelling it myself and rebooking my whole family on a non-stop JetBlue flight.
I received this email from Southwest on December 30th, I assumed everyone who had a CP or A-List had received it, apparently not, guess I got lumped in with the effected folks:

In an effort to ease your travel experience, we have extended your 2022 Companion PassŪ, and/or A-List, or A-List Preferred status through January 31, 2023. This extension will allow you to complete your disrupted travel with your current tier status. (If you have requalified for tier status in 2023, your previously earned expiration date will supersede the January 31, 2023 extended expiration.)
Additionally, we are identifying Members whose disrupted travel would have qualified them for A-List, or A-List Preferred, and/or Companion Pass in 2023, and will provide further communication soon.
We understand how much these irregular operations impacted you and we apologize for the delays. We hope this extension gives you another chance to connect to what is important. Thank you for your continued loyalty.

The wife and I may get one bonus trip in January out of this.
