I have annual worldwide cover with AllClear. I had a very bad experience in 2016 with the NatWest travel insurance that was included as part of a premium current account, where I was paying an additional £12/month or so for the premium account.

Now I pay around £225/year for myself and my OH including some gadget cover, and coverage for a pre-existing condition. I have not yet claimed, but have been happy with their customer service so far.
