I had the same problem this past week. Tried from my office line and it worked. I complained to the text, chat, and phone teams because NONE of the numbers worked for me. I reached out to corporate via e-mail, but we'll see. My cell still does the same thing --and it was frustrating when the chat and text representatives basically told me I was crazy.
