I'm looking at the new reward saver options for transatlantic fares, YYZ-LHR in particular. For J, I can pay an extra 30k Avios to save about C$520, it's not stellar value but appealing if you're particularly flush with Avios. The problem is that YYZ-LHR-ORK is the itineary that I want with LHR-ORK on EI. I can search this route online but I get an error when I try and book, I can't even get the price to come up, I just get a message saying to call. I have booked this route successfully online early 2022, it seems to be only the second half of 2022 that it started giving an error.

My question is, if I call to book this, can I ask for the reward saver option to be used? Or is the reward saver only applicable online? Or is not going to be possible because I'm adding on an EI flight? I could book them as separate tickets but I'd prefer the security of having both flights on a single ticket.
