After February 2, GM/PM/DM has to be flying PS or J (including domestic recliners) to get lounge access when traveling internationally.
I thought Delta STE+ still received access to SkyTeam and member lounges when traveling internationally? They are only banned from delta SkyClubs unless on a delta one ticket?
