What is your Priority Club status?
Diamond

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Standard room, got "executive" room but the only observable difference was the additional sofa (bed).

How are the rooms?
Quite small, bathroom tiny but bathtub and shower powerful, floor not flooded. USB charging sockets didn't work but plugs did. Tiny "desk" with insufficient lighting to do work, also couldn't see anything when tried to work from the sofa/coffee table. Kettle was about to break.

What was good and what was bad?
Good - got room next to lift as requested. Got diamond breakfast which was fine, but a bit disappointing for a supposedly "award-winning restaurant". Starts at 0630 and restaurant was almost full by 0645 though there was always a table free.
Bad - lighting in room as mentioned.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
The dynamic pricing algorithm suddenly dropped the points price by half about a week before, so I got a good value of 0.8p per point (had booked Voco for a low points price initially, but location of HI was better for this trip). But as room was not suitable for working I would avoid unless only needing to sleep.
