I have that international baseline spinner. I don't have the Torq to compare, but in my opinion the Torq would be like any other hard side non-expandable luggage, just that, it's not expandable and can't be over stuffed.

The best thing about the baseline is the fact it can be used in the expanded mode from hotel to hotel and then compressed when used as a carry-on. Then expanded if it's checked where you can add more stuff. It's more versatile than the Torq or any hard sided type luggage. I have hard sided luggage and prefer my baseline over those others.
