The same thing is happening to me. I’m unable to call into Alaska or make reservations. I tried reaching out to their social media messenger team and their texting team, who told me that’s not a known problem and they’re getting plenty of calls… basically implying i must be doing something wrong like calling the wrong number. Well, I guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere then because I’m also not able to call in to their reservations line. (FWIW, also a 75k member here… maybe it’s affecting 75k line only?)
