Just spent a week at the CP, and the lounge is open. It's exclusive to members with 40 elite nights, and the front desk is very by-the-book on this. I stayed on the same floor as the lounge, and it hardly had any activity. Only saw somebody using it once. Never saw anybody from CP staffing it.
