The AC rule is no longer written in the terms and you'll find your online boarding pass specifically says "lounge access included", so MLL really shouldn't be an issue.
My flight is tomorrow but I did notice the mobile BP lacks the usual lounge invitation I can see on my last BP (e.g., on an AP J award). I wasn't sure if it was an access issue or no lounge at the airport situation, but MCO has a United Club in the B gates where the YYZ AC flights depart so it seems more like a "I'm not supposed to have access" situation.
