Just tried to get a Teppan reservation for tonight, was told fully booked, got China Blue instead. They also told me they're not giving the 25% elite F&B discount until Jan 6. Would recommend making reservations ahead of time. Tried to check in at 12pm with FHR, moved to exec lounge, told 20m wait, took 30m until passport and card taken, some back and forth about reservations, and I still haven't received my room key at 107pm. Completely subpar checkin compared to Conrad Osaka, Park Hyatt Kyoto, Roku Kyoto LXR.

Edit: to echo above, had to make reservations for evening drinks in exec lounge. 1 hour timeslots. I booked 810pm-910pm. 7pm-8pm and 550pm-650pm I think were also available.
